Registration Policies
Administrative Withdrawals
The College reserves the right to administratively withdraw students from courses for which they do not meet the requirements. Eligibility for class
attendance includes the removal of unmet obligations (academic and/or financial) to the College. Persons deemed ineligible for enrollment are subject
to administrative withdrawal.
Cancelled Classes
The College may cancel sections at any time for any reason. In those instances, a 100% refund of applicable tuition and fees for those specific
classes will be issued. There is no guarantee that an alternate class may be added.
Dropping Regular And Alternate Length Courses
You may drop a class or cancel enrollment by Touch*Tone during scheduled registration periods.
Student initiated withdrawals must be transacted in person through the campus drop/add procedure.
Student withdrawals transacted after the refund period will appear as a ‘W’ mark on the transcript. Student initiated withdrawals will not be permitted
beyond the instructional week indicated in the following table.

Instructor Changes
The College reserves the right to make changes in the Schedule of Classes as circumstances require. Enrollment levels may require that part-time
instructors be denied classes and full-time instructors teach different sections than originally scheduled.
Student Responsibilities
Students are responsible for the prerequisites and/or co-requisites of the courses in which they register. Students are also responsible for the
course notes of the sections in which they register and all information contained within this Schedule.
