Thank you for your interest in the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society for two-year colleges. This is the website for Alpha Omicron Kappa (AOK), a chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, located at the Highland Lakes campus of Oakland Community College in Waterford, Michigan. Here you will find information about current events within the society, the requirements for becoming a member of our chapter, and the benefits of joining. Attention PTK members:

There are quite a few opportunities to volunteer this semester. Stop by the Student Center Student Life Office (next to the Day Care Center) for more information. Starting in February 2010 we will be delivering an e-newsletter to your email inbox.

Prospective New Member Committee: To promote PTK to High School students touring our campus. For more information contact Carlos Bustamante (pixma@comcast.net)

S.M.A.R.T. Committee to form study groups in all subjects for students on our campus. Contact Doug Cameron (dougcameron8690@gmail.com) for more information.

Mentor a Member: Any current chapter members interested in a future leadership position with our chapter has the opportunity to be mentored by a current chapter officer. For more information contact Carlos Bustamante.

Our next General Membership meeting is Monday, March 29, from 5:00-6:00pm in the Student Center Cafeteria.
