Academic Testing Center
The Academic Testing Centers strive to deliver quality-testing services to OCC's current and prospective students. They also make every effort to maintain the security and credibility of all exams by promoting a secure and stress-free testing environment.
The Academic Testing Centers proctor a variety of exams, including the ALEKS Math Placement exam, the Biology Proficiency exam, the Duolingo English Test, as well as some online, extended time and make-up exams initiated by instructor request.
Operating hours: Mon-Thurs (8:30 AM – 8:00 PM), Fri (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
Placement Testing Times (ALEKS PPL Math, BIO, Duolingo)
- Mon-Thurs (Aug 26 – Dec 16): 10 AM, 2 PM, 5 PM
- Fri (Aug 30 – Dec 20): 10 AM, 2 PM
- Closed: Saturdays, Sundays, and observed holidays (check OCC's Academic Calendar for details).
Academics Testing Times (Course Make-up & Online)
- Mon-Thurs (Sep 3 – Dec 16): 9 AM, 11 AM, 1 PM, 4 PM, 5:30 PM
- Fri (Sep 6 – Dec 13): 9 AM, 11 AM, 1 PM, 2:30 PM
- Closed: Saturdays, Sundays, and observed holidays (check OCC's Academic Calendar for details).
The Academic Testing Center must have exams on file to schedule students.
