A good charcuterie board is not complete without a great glass of wine. In this interactive class you will learn the art of charcuterie and how to pair with wines. Our expert chef instructors will guide you through the process of assembling a stunning charcuterie board, complete with an array of cured meats, cheeses, fruits, and more, all paired with the perfect glass of wine. Bring your own platter and Chef (French) knife to class. You must be 21 to attend this class. Bring a Driver’s license or ID to class. Dress appropriately, hair back and covered, apron or covering, no loose clothing, non-slip, closed toe shoes, no high heels.

Pasta 101

Pasta 101 for Adults

Nothing beats the perfectly al dente texture of handmade pasta.  So, join us in learning how to make fresh handmade pasta, as well as a variety of simple sauces. You will work in small groups to create from scratch the following menu: fresh, handmade pasta dough in a variety of pasta shapes, from scratch sauces such as; Marinara, Alfredo, and Palomino Sauces. Some of the most common race day concerns include how to eat and drink before and during an event. Fueling is a trial-and-error process, but we can share some key pointers to help you along the way.
