Are you having trouble figuring out what to cook, don't like to cook, or simply don't have the time? Is your produce wilting in the fridge? Preparing healthy and tasty meals can be stress free, and we're here to show you how! In this class we will be learning about the Mediterranean diet, we will guide you through using in-season produce and proteins.  You will learn to create easy, delicious, and nutritious meals and learn fundamental skills for a lifetime of healthy cooking.

Spring Cookie Creation for Adults

Learn decorating techniques using royal icing on sugar cookies including filling and decorating icing, coloring, and pastry bag use. We will cover techniques, tips, and tricks for baking and decorating cookies for celebrations, spring flowers, weddings, and showers. Students leave with their own decorated cookies. Cookies and decorating icing are provided.  An apron and container provided.

Some of the most common race day concerns include how to eat and drink before and during an event. Fueling is a trial-and-error process, but we can share some key pointers to help you along the way. If you want or need suggestions on what works best for you, this is a great place to start. We will provide samples of some of items we make.

Animal Cookie Creations for Children 10-17 years old

Learn decorating techniques in this hands-on class using royal icing on sugar cookies. Participants will increase their knowledge of the do’s & don’ts of filling, icing, coloring, and the use of pastry bags.  Our expert cookie designer will share her baking and decorating secrets for creating eye-catching, delicious cookies! Students leave with their own decorated cookies!  Cookies and royal icing provided.  Hair back and covered, no loose clothing, non-slip closed toe shoes. An apron and container provided.
