Inspiration: My Father. He has no formal training, he’s just a great cook.

Favorite item of your own creation: I have been reconfiguring my family recipes brought over from Greece that have been lost over the decades.  I have only my memory of my childhood to guide me, I love rediscovering my youth.

Favorite tool: My MAC knifes and my favorite wine key

Favorite ingredients: Lemons, olive oil, artisan cheeses and fresh baked bread

The ultimate job: I have it!

Hobbies: Wine/beer/spirits tastings, any outside activities
