Chancellor’s Scholarships On-Line Instructions
Thank you for your interest in Oakland Community College Chancellor’s Scholarship.
Below you will find the information required for applying for this scholarship. Read
the information below carefully and keep for future reference.
You will utilize the College’s Student Online Scholarship (OCC-SOS) site to submit your application. This is the College’s web-based scholarship application system through Award Management. OCC students must use this site to apply for scholarships.
NOTE: This software is not compatible with Internet Explorer. We recommend that you use Chrome, Firefox or Safari.
How to log into OCC-SOS Award Management?
- Go to Academic Works.
- Selected the “Sign-In” button and then “Sign-in with your institution” using your username (ex: doe.jane) and OCC password. You must have successfully applied to Oakland Community College and have a student ID and email to access OCC-SOS.
- Complete the OCC-SOS General Application (you must answer all required questions).
- The system will also prompt you to complete a Conditional application, the Chancellor’s Scholarship. IMPORTANT: In order to be considered for this scholarship you must complete both the General application and apply-to the Chancellor’s Scholarship application. Again, be sure to read over the questions carefully, because this will be used to determine your qualification for this scholarship.
* Be sure to upload all the required documentation. If you experience difficulty uploading
the documents in the system, mail the information to OCC before the deadline to:
