Bookstore Purchases

The College’s Bookstore staff through the authority of the Vice Chancellor for Administrative
Services and the Director of Purchasing and Auxiliary Services, manage their own procurement
activity. Goods and services purchased for departmental use are to be governed by
the College’s purchasing policy, however, items for resale are exempt from standard
bidding requirements and shall be purchased by the authorized Bookstore staff. All
purchases must be made within the confines of the allotted budget and be in the best
interest of the College.
