Policy Statement

It is the goal of the College to utilize and/or promote its auxiliaries for events and activities held at its campuses. Therefore it is the policy of the College that all departments and other users of college owned facilities will utilize the college’s Catering Services. If Catering is unable to accommodate a request, the department may contact Purchasing and Auxiliary Services and request the use of an authorized outside food provider. Small internal events (less than 12 people) including but not limited to departmental meetings may opt out of utilizing the Catering Department.

In circumstances when it is most beneficial to the college, the services of the culinary department may be utilized. Prior approval must be received by the Chancellor and/or the Vice Chancellor for Administrative Services.
