Policy Statement
Oakland Community College will sponsor intercollegiate athletic programs for men and women in accordance with Title IX. All students will be given the opportunity to participate in the intercollegiate athletic programs of the college. Ability to participate will be consistent with eligibility requirements of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) and the College.
