D2L Student Helpdesk
The D2L Student Helpdesk provides live support 24 by 7, including holidays, weekends and between semesters to any student enrolled in a D2L course.
Submit the online form found on the D2L My Home page after you log into the D2L system or contact the D2L Student Helpdesk by phone. You will be required to provide your student ID number and your OCC student email address so the support agent may verify your identity and provide assistance.
