Cancellation/Refund Policy

This policy does not apply to HESI registration

If it is necessary to cancel a registration, email us (with your official OCC email address), or walk-in a brief written statement requesting the refund to:

Please include name, course title and date, with signature and date of request.

 Written Notification Refund Policy 
 100% Refund  Prior to the first day of class
 No Refund  On the first day of class
 No Refund  "No Shows"
Any deviation from this policy must be pre-approved by the appropriate Dean or Director. 

Classes may be canceled due to insufficient enrollment. In this instance, a 100% refund will be issued.
