What to Expect

For every custom training solution, we incorporate real-world scenarios and case studies. We also ensure that your culture is addressed and teach in a way that supports your employees. The OCC team works with you to ensure content is added, changed or modified as needed over time.  

• During an initial meeting with your team, we discuss your specific needs and objectives. 
• We will share a course description with you and we may determine it might be helpful to have an additional meeting with the instructor to further customize a class based on your organization's needs. 
• Once the specifics of the training is agreed on, a proposal is created. The document includes basic details of the course content, location of training, dates/times, and more. 
• From start to finish of your customized training, you will work directly with an OCC representative who will provide direct and efficient communication.
