TEAMSTERS

All full-time employees who fulfill supervisory functions, or who assist officers and administrators of the College. Employees in this group are represented by Teamsters Local 214.

Teamsters (Full-Time) Master Agreement (July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2026)

CLASSIFIED

All non-instructional employees who perform clerical and technical functions. Employees in this group are represented by the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) Local 2042.

Classified Master Agreement (July 12, 2017 - June 30, 2020)

FACULTY

All full-time Faculty employed on an eight or ten-month contract and teach more than eight credit hours during any full session. Employees in this group are represented by the Oakland Community College Faculty Association (OCCFA).

Faculty Master Agreement (September 1, 2021 - August 31, 2026)

FACULTY - ADJUNCT

Adjunct (part-time) Faculty teach no more than eight (8) credit hours in any full session, or four (4) credit hours in spring and summer sessions.

MAINTENANCE

All maintenance and custodial employees in this group are represented by the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) Local 1999.

OPERATING ENGINEERS

All operating engineering employees classified as Superintendent-Mechanical Systems and Plant Operations, Supervisor-Maintenance Systems, Superintendent-Building & Grounds, and Supervisor-Building & Grounds. Employees in this group are represented by the International Union of Operating Engineers (IUOE).

All public safety employees classified as Community Service Officer and Public Safety Officer excluding sergeants, supervisors and executives. Employees in this group are represented by the Police Officer Labor Council (POLC).
