The March 19 event provides OCC students, alumni and others valuable networking opportunities and essential resources to boost their job search and career exploration
OCC students, alumni and others are invited to network with more than 60 area employers at OCC’s Career and Resource Fair on Wednesday, March 19, from 2 to 5 p.m. on the Auburn Hills campus.

Industry professionals are coming to the College to provide career insights, opportunities for internships, part-time and full-time employment, and information about career pathways in a variety of fields and industries.
Staff from OCC’s Career Services department will be available to discuss the resources available for students and alumni, including assistance with resume writing, employment preparation, and help choosing the right career path. They will also offer help accessing job opportunities through OCC’s online job database, Handshake.
“Networking is one of the best ways for students to get a head start on their job hunt before graduation. This Career and Resource Fair is the perfect opportunity to meet with industry professionals and make important connections for the future,” said Cameron Albring, OCC Director of Career Services.
Albring encourages students looking for internships or job opportunities to bring copies of their resume and be prepared for potential onsite interviews with employees at the event.
The event will be held in the G Building, Room 240, and B Building by Market Café on OCC’s Auburn Hills campus, 2900 Featherstone Road, Auburn Hills. While the event is focused on OCC students and alumni, others are welcome. For event information, visit Career and Resources Fair.
