Policy Statement

To provide funds for support of the College, administration shall endeavor to submit applications with appropriate Federal and State agencies for operating and capital assistance. 

When funds awarded to the College from programs administered by Federal agencies, including the U.S. Department of Education, are intended and regulated to supplement and not displace other institutional resources, it shall be the College’s policy to use such funds for supplemental purpose. Funds received as such shall not be used to replace or supplant funds which are available from non-federal funds that would otherwise be available for supporting the activities for which such the funds have been received.
