Policy Statement

The Chancellor or Vice Chancellor for Administrative Services shall annually, as prescribed by statute, determine the total amount of taxes required to meet the budgetary requirements of the College, set the tax rate to be levied on the College District and request appropriate Board of Trustee approval/resolution in order to authorize collection of said taxes from each appropriate city and township
