Online information session offered March 7; scholarship application deadline is March 31, 2024
Oakland Community College is awarding $200,000 in tuition and fees to select Oakland County 2024 high school seniors and graduates of adult and alternative education programs with its annual Chancellor’s Scholarship.
The scholarship covers full tuition and fees for the first academic year at OCC. Individual awards equal $4,000 ($2,000 for the fall semester and $2,000 for the winter semester). A total of $200,000 in scholarships are available for Oakland County high school seniors.
“As a former college scholarship recipient, I know first-hand the difference these awards can make,” said OCC Chancellor Peter Provenzano. “We know it helps ease some of the financial burden for incoming college students as they pursue their dreams through higher education.”
The deadline to apply is March 31, 2024. Scholarships are non-renewable and limited to the first academic year following the student's high school graduation. Recipients must attend OCC at least full time (12 credit hours minimum) for both fall and winter semesters.
