Renovated H Building for Health Students Coming 2027
Health Sciences & Nursing programs are planned to be moved from the Highland and Southfield campuses to the Orchard Ridge campus in 2027.
Orchard Ridge campus buildings will be renovated into state-of-the-art learning spaces. General Education classes moved from Highland Lakes to other campuses in Fall 2024, and the entire Highland Lakes campus is planned to close in 2027.
OCC will work closely with local officials to ensure the property continues to benefit the people of Waterford.

- Diagnostic Medical Sonography
- Health Care Administration
- Medical Assisting
- Nursing
- Radiologic Technology
- Respiratory Therapy
- Surgical Technology
Additional Building Features
- Health programs will occupy the first floor of building H
- Addition for dental hygiene
Second floor will include new and updated science labs. Learning will continue uninterrupted in the current Orchard Ridge labs in buildings A, B, and C while the new labs are being constructed.
